We have another look into our engagement party this weekend and this time it is all about ice cream and cookies! We know delicious right? When were were trying to decide a dessert for our party, we couldn’t pick between ice cream and cookies. Then we came up with the genius idea to have both and thus ice cream cookie sandwiches were born. Ok we aren’t the first ones to think of this genius idea but we know we haven’t seen it too many time at parties so we are excited to see how guests enjoy them at ours! We are just smitten for the idea of a do it yourself ice cream cookie sandwich bar. You choice of cookies, ice cream flavor and even topped all smuched together in a bite sized sandwich for you to eat. Heavenly sounding right?
